
When you visit another country or city, you usually try to eat their food. Also, if you get a chance, you want to join the festival, don’t you? How about EAT Vancouver? You can do two things at the same time. It is the festival of food. EAT! Vancouver Food and Cooking Festival is the ultimate food expo.

You can see and eat many kinds of food and beverage; Asian food, American food, Indian food, Mexican food, grill, fish, wine and beer. Most people are interested in food and most food festivals are fun, so you must enjoy the festival. If you go there at lunch or dinner, you can save money and eat delicious food. You will feel like you went to a luxurious buffet because celebrity chefs cook the food.

The entrance fee is $15. If you purchase using online, you can save $3.
It is held May 28th – 30th, 2010, but the festival hours are different. On Friday, it is opened from 2pm to 9pm. On Saturday, it is opened from 11am to 9pm. On Sunday, it is opened from 11am to 5pm. Don’t be confused the time.
It will be held in Vancouver Convention Centre. How do we get there?
Vancouver Convention Centre is located near Waterfront Skytrain station. Get off at Waterfront Skytrain station if you ride the Skytrain. Even if you don’t ride the Skytrain, go to Waterfront Skytrain Station using a bus or walking. Turn right from the Waterfront Station’s entrance, and go straight about 5 minutes. Then, you will see it.

What can you do?
Eat the food. The festival name is EAT Vancouver. Absolutely, you can eat and drink all of them. There are the food exhibits. You can know the other countries’ food, special food and fusion food. Also, you can meet and talk the celebrity chefs and see they cook food. So, you can learn how to cook. Some chefs compete with one another and perform on the stage. We can enjoy the festival, because there are a lot of food, exhibits, perform, and events.
It is held once a year. You can go there only in the end of May. Don’t skip, because you can eat special food. How about going with me?
